During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

Our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver nationwide within Pakistan.

Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for all eligible orders.

Please ensure the provided address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, re-shipping charges may apply.
